Jennifer is an Associate Professor of Psychology at the New York University Abu Dhabi. She specializes in the psychology of social attitudes and inequalities.

PJ Henry is an Associate Professor of Psychology, founding faculty member at New York University Abu Dhabi. His current research interests include the study of gender, gender roles, and sexuality.

Tatiana is an Associate Professor of Government and Society, UAEU.
Her research interests include labor market studies, youth studies, and comparative sociology and social psychology.
Research Assistant
Iván is a Research Assistant at the LSE Middle East Centre and a PhD candidate in the Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science, exploring the mutual influence of societal settings and psychological mechanisms involved in social attitudes.

Senior Advisor
As Associate Vice Chancellor, Global Education and Outreach and Vice Provost, Carol leads the strategic and academic administration for NYUAD’s programs of global education. She has additional responsibility for the Office of Social Responsibility as well as the Office of Community Life.

Dana is the Assistant Dean and Director of the Career Development Center at NYUAD and a member of the steering committee for the Intercultural Development Inventory launch to first year students. She oversees data and communications for the Student Affairs division.

Postdoctoral Research Fellow
Matthew is a postdoctoral research fellow at New York University Abu Dhabi. His research focuses on gender identity development and the socialization of pressure to conform to gender norms, the outcome of acquiescing to or rebelling against this pressure, and how these processes might change over time.
